    It went. That's what I'll say. First time out in over a year trying to get the kinks out with a TNT race in mind for motivation. Verrry nervous.

    After only 1 mile on the treadmill, my left knee was getting all wonky so I switched over to the cycle to strengthen my quads. That felt pretty good.

    A good ole stretcheroo and strengthening in vinyasa class. I like taking yoga classes before I get on the treadmill to run, it really has you warmed up.
