have you tried Enduralyte (sp) tablets by hammer -- on humid days I do two before and 1-2 every hour ... helps somewhat ... but you got it done and that is more important than time!!!! I hope your little one is better soon.

I know the feeling! I am going to have doing some of my key tempo type runs on TM again. When I start marathon training in July it is when the temps are at an all time awful (I'm sure it's the same or even worse in TX!) so I will do all my MP runs on TM. Even when you leave before 6 am temps can be in 90's and it's so humid that running at MP or HMP for the number of miles needed is just not going to be realistic. I hope the weather is better for you next weekend!!

I feel your pain -- when I go to Mexico I never know if the TMs will be in metric so I google and bring a scrap of paper with me so I know my numbers.
