No-show socks are not my friend. Blister pain at mile 4. Bloody shoe at 8.5 so I called it a day.


Boo. I use second skin blister treatment. Works great for preventing and protecting any you have already

I used the multiple day blister bandaids after ragnar and they worked great and came off themselves at about day 5. Good miles!
