      I need to talk to you about the Paleo diet. I've been considering it, but don't know if I have the will power and I have to make sure it's the right thing to do with having the Ogden full in a couple months. I've been doing a diet that leads me up to Paleo, but I haven't been on it during the weekends. I'm most worried about what to do about the treats! Do you have Paleo treats that work to satisfy cravings? Where did you get your plan?
