    A little trouble waking up today - didn't sleep well. Did a shorty in the Arboretum. Warm temps, barely misting.

    Military Ridge/Southwest Trails 25 mi

    Took advantage of the temps near 50 and rode for about two hours on mostly bike paths. Headed out toward Verona and circled around on bike paths before coming home on the Southwest trail.

    Did the group strength class at the SERF this afternoon. I think this is really good for me. Definitely working muscles I haven't worked in a long time. The time goes by pretty fast, too.
