    Great morning run with my friend Tara. Nice pace, great conversation. Really enjoyed this run. Best I've felt this week. Resting tomorrow before Saturday's 50k. Yikes.

    Short morning run on the Southwest trail. Thought I would be much more sore from yesterday's long run...but actually felt pretty good this morning. Nine hours of sleep probably helped.
