    Did the group strength class at the SERF this afternoon. I think this is really good for me. Definitely working muscles I haven't worked in a long time. The time goes by pretty fast, too.

    Nice run in the arboretum this morning. Saw a few other runners out today in the early darkness. Glad I was able to get myself out of bed this morning - I've had a little trouble this week!
