Sorry, I've been slacking off on the logging the past 2 weeks, but don't get me wrong: I AM CROSS TRAINING!! Plenty of cycling mixed with 0.5 - 1 mile swims. Soon I will begin aquajogging as well (yay?). Hard to get my HR up on these rough trails.
