Son of a I better look good at the Beeeeach for this. And damn, I am betting if Miss Smartie Pants here hadn't ran without fuel or fluids it might have been faster and felt less craptastic. Though my knees were gonna creak either way. Less than 2 week to the half marathon... Here we go :)
