Felt really good since Tuesdays run. I'm currently 9 weeks post surgery. It was really cold [28] and pretty windy, but I am happy with the time!

haha but it was only for 2 miles over an xc terrain.. on the track i can go like 11:20. i'm more of a 5k/10k person though
i'm also an 'average' collegiate runner. there are some girls who run this pace FOREVER!
