    Knee did great! YAY!! It is raining outside so I had to do this on the treadmill... but that was good because it made me keep a steady, easy pace!!

      Great job Jessica!! No sense in beating yourself up if you gave it an honest effort!! This is good stuff and you will see benefits from it. I used to (still do???) do the same thing but the only real regret I had is when I didn't try as hard as I could have. Not the case here. Great job.
