Completed my first speed workout on the tredmill. I've been having some pain in my left foot due to tendonitis, probably brought on by my new shoes and not stretching my calf muscles enough. Was still able to complete this workout with a 0.5 mile warmup at an easy pace, a 1 mile interval at 9:40, 0.5 mile recovery jog, another mile at 9:40, and then a slow recovery cool down for 0.5 miles.
