    Slow going for some reason today. It was beautiful outside about 77 degrees. For some reason it seemed like 100 to me. Had to do a lot of walking for a change.

    Only ran one other day this week due to a cold. Thought I would give it a try this morning since it is so beautiful out. Ouch, my lungs were burning! I hope to feel better next week!
