Another ass-kicking class care of Katelyn. Apparently she went to a tough class this morning and decided to incorporate some of what they did and I Quote "Pay it Forward". Lots of core, which I need and some of my favs: reverse warrior, half moon, crow. And some of my less-than-favs: revolve half moon, revolve triangle, pyramid, f-in warrior 3. I was sweating like it was a Hot class! Should be fun trying to lift the rolling racks tomorrow!
