Good way to start the week! And I didn't have to get up early as I am work-free today! I worked hard today. First TM- about 2.5 miles total include one a-hole hill that I did run a bit on. Then rowing (about 1500m total) and a good strength series.
I felt strong today, except my left hip/knee is still bothering me. When I first start running, it's my front hip, but when I stop, I feel it in my knee (again more in the front/top, not the side where I've had an issue before). Any clues? I'm a little frustrated as I've done very little running the last 2 weeks and it's still bothering me. I really wanted to run a bit more this week (I need the cardio), but I'm not sure what to do.
And now I'm going to do some series reorganization in this house. I was supposed to do this yesterday, but I blew it off to play. It's cloudy & rainy today so I'm feeling quite smug about this decision!
