Gorgeous warm day of 78 degrees:) I love running in hot heat. Walking into the park my legs were a bit heavy. I started off I thought as slow and got a nice run going did'nt want to look at my watch but after I thought about a mile into it I looked at my watch 5:54 was my pace lol This was a run that I had to continue through out to try & slow myself down and then by mile 2 I decided to just let myself ago as this was only my 1st run of the day. All I can say it was a fantastic run & that in the first 1/2 mile the bit of heavy legs became epic running legs. Long run tonight no miles planned because I run out of time lol My plan is to start climbing back up to between 22-25 miles a day & 30 milers on Saturday & Sunday. Between 185- 200 miles a week. I'm training for a journey not a Marathon. This was my training schedule before I shifted into train for the Ultra Trail race.Hope all of you are having a Fantastic Wednesday & that your training is going fabulous:)
