Modified my pre-race day run again. Legs were heavy this morning:( So had to fix that before the final run. No school for the girls so it was a sleep in morning .Enjoyed a later breakfast. Did some retail therapy (not a shopper ).Had a coffee & Smore Donut. A full body massage to get any knots out & to relax. A 6 mile light ride on the trainer, a half hour sauna. Felt fantastic had lunch vegetable & feta cheese pizza with a protein shake. Then it was time to go and recreate a bit of what tomorrow will be like hit the trails & hills on my favorite trails. A fantastic relaxed 4 miler @ race pace & so easy it was. Ended with everything fine tuned and ready for tomorrow:) A quite night with my girls watching a movie drinking lots of lemon & cucumber water. Coconut & mango chicken pasta for dinner. Early to sleep:) Thank you to all of you for encouraging, lovely inspirational messages, Inspiring, motivating me through your comments. I love my DM & FB friends as you make my training a lot more fun & to share it with people who just get it.
