Well he might be a wuss when it comes to cycling long distances but Ben has phenomenal strength/power to weight ratio. Before we left he said he wanted to push himself going up the hill (he chose this route after hating it last time!) and that I could keep up or he would wait at the top. Well I just wanted to cruise so I did.
Only hit 58km on the way down as head wind. Then he wanted to push it on the way home and I once again had two options... I've done 3 spin classes this week so this is a recovery ride for me!
Unfortunately I couldn't talk him into a trail run tomorrow :(


I vote Ben joins Daily Mile so we can all cheer him on! Sounds like a fun ride. And great pace for "just cruising" up hills!
