Settled on Pete Pfitzingers 12 week plan but repeating weeks 1 and 2 twice. I have then dissected the plan, changed days and swapped out road running for aqua yogging.
So Tuesday's 13km with 10x100 strides became Monday's 5km with 6x pick ups and later 45min aqua jogging. I didn't think my foot is quite up to the strides yet so pick ups were subbed in
