First run since the Ultra ... and I enjoyed every minute of it!!! It was not a recovery run as I felt that I had sufficiently recovered by not running earlier in the week ;). Felt strong and consistent for the first 3/4 of the run. Lots to catch up on today ... and SO EXCITED as I get to do MAUY THAI tonight!! Yeah!!! I can't wait!!! Wishing you all lots of miles with a gazillion smiles!
