Today's workout - Interval Ladder: 1/2 mile warm up, 400/600/800 (3MR) 800/600/400 with 200 recovery walk or slow jog between each interval, and 1/2 mile cool down. 400 and 600 @ 5K pace; 800 @ 10K pace
If I had known I was this close to 4 miles total, I would have ran an extra .06 miles. I like my millage rounded to the nearest 1/2 mile :)
