It was cold this morning, low 40s, but I layered up and went for a run. Since this is technically the 3rd day in a row of running, I took it easy and stopped at 3 miles. My body is a bit sore from yesterday's body pump, but it was not an issue during the run. Once I warmed up, I was able to run each mile significantly faster than the previous: 12:47 - 12:21 - 11:16


Nice progressive three miler. Wise to listen to your body though...
Wish it was low 40s here :)

I wish I lived near Lake Eola, much better area for running and workouts. Wasn't too bad cold-wise once you got going this morning, I noticed. :)

Thanks guys! I'm feeling really strong lately, so that's a good way to fend off taper madness :)
Shannon, yeah it's nice having the lake within a 1/4 mile walk. I feel safe running there even before the sun comes up. I agree, it wasn't that bad once you got going, but I also wore several layers. However, I did unzip my jacket and remove my gloves before I finished.
