great Track: Glendridge 3.7 mi 00:44 11:52 pace

Got up at 4am for my first track workout with the Galloway group: 1 mile warm up, 6 x 400 with 200 recovery walk between each 400, 1/2 mile cool down (plus an extra lap of walking after that I did not include in millage).

My times were crazy fast (for me). Either my cross training is really paying off, or I'm just not pushing myself enough at races! lol! Probably both =P

Hee hee, this is how I manage to run when the weather isn't so nice ;) I am starting to feel tired already though, so next week I think I'll opt to do this on Wednesday night with the WRAP group or I on my own another night if the track down the street from me is open all the time.

I'll check out the podcast, Thanks Michael. I ran with them last year and they got my through my first 2 half marathons. Training for a full now and hoping I can move up to the 3:1 group soon. What intervals do you use?
