I'm glad the rain had passed, and I could go run around Lake Eola instead of the treadmill. The battery on my Garmin was low, so I ran with a regular stop watch on a previously measured 1.15 mile loop around Lake Eola. I ran 3 loops, then an extra out and back 1/2 mile for a total of 4 miles (distance may be off by 1/10th mile or so -- but I was conservative so may have run a bit more than logged). Legs were a little tired so I took it easy, but the run felt good. It was just what I needed to get out of the exercise funk I've been in since Sunday.

@ Mike, yeah it was nice. A bit humid, but very tolerable and glad to be able to wear shorts and a short sleeve shirt again.
