Ran the 6 miles mostly around Lake Eola so I was close to home in case I had to cut it short. I had some minor aches, but nothing that prevented me from running so I pushed on. I took it easy and focused on getting in the miles instead of speed. I ran using 1:1 for the first 2 miles, then switched to 2:1 and finished the last mile with 3:1. It went really well, and I probably could have run longer but didn't want to over do it since I haven't run in a week.


Am glad you were careful to not push yourself too hard.
