Oh running, how I love thee! :) I am determined to have a great birthday week, so I'm making running a priority because it fills me with joy and calms me down. I probably won't bike to work this week because I'll be running on the usual bike to work days. While I also enjoy biking, I don't love it as much as running, and at times it can be quite stressful. I only have 3 more days of work, then I'm off on Friday for my birthday and the beginning of a 4-day weekend! Yay!


I know what you mean. Since I am training for my marathon that is all I want to do. Today was my rest day but I felt s need to run. Tomorrow I start training with NTC running group can't wait

I've had some setbacks, so I'm still too slow to run 6 miles with the ORC group. Maybe I'll be up to speed by the time you get into the swing of things.

I'm going to be struggling when I first start running outside, and speed won't be an issue (more like me struggling to not pass out, lol) so maybe we can meet up for a Saturday morning run sometime? I'll keep you posted on my progress. :-)
