My thighs were still sore this morning, so I decided to take it easy for fear of making it worse and not be healed in time for the race on Saturday. I jogged the first 1.5 miles at about a 15 min/mile pace, then walked the last .6 mile back to the park. I love running this route because there is a nice canopy of trees the whole way.
