OMG! I just ran 3 miles --1st run in 2 weeks. I'm elated that I can run again, and that I had no pain! I'm so happy I could cry :) I set out to run a mile or 2 to test if the pain was really gone, and planned to use 1:1 intervals to ease into it, but I felt so good that I just ran at whatever pace felt good only stopping at the water fountains for a quick sip every half mile or so. Garmin was acting up, so I stopped it and ran the first 2 loops without tracking, just glancing at the pace occasionally and just enjoying the run. I turned it on for the last lap so I could see how far to go to get 3 miles in. I swear I could have kept running forever, but I was losing daylight and didn't want to over due it.
