I went to a kickball meetup this afternoon and had a blast. My right knee/thigh may not agree with me though. I'm not really sure for how long we played, but 1 hour is a good estimate. We intended to hit the pool afterwards for some laps, but it was a bit crowded so we'll save that for tomorrow.
