I did a run/walk using 2:1 intervals with Kelly and Jessica (it was her first time out and she did great!). About halfway through the run, it started pouring. We were in a loop and had no choice but to keep running to get back to the car. Surprisingly, I welcomed the rain because it was really humid until it started. Once I was drenched, I didn't really care and passed the time by seeking out and splashing on every puddle I saw. Hee hee! It was too much fun. I never thought I would enjoy running in the rain, but now I get it! After we finished the loop, I ran an extra 1/2 mile non-stop at about an 11 minute pace.
