I missed a PR by 30 seconds, but this was good enough for 3rd place in my Age Group! Yay! I ran using 3:1 intervals for the most part, and walked up the 2 hills at the start. I had to do a bit of extra walking during the last mile to try to get rid of a side stitch, so I didn't run negative splits. Considering the hills + the heat/humidity, I'm really pleased with my effort. Splits: 10:43 - 10:21 - 10:51 - 8:08 (.1 in 46s)
