I planned to run 5, so I was using 3:1 intervals, but I wilted away and gave up after I ran out of water and just walked the rest of the way. I was completely soaked. I tried out my fuel belt, and is not too bad so long as I wear it tightly around my waist. I would rather wear it on my hips, but I think that would bounce too much. I am a bit worried about the duathlon next week since I'll be starting the 2nd run around 9 am :-/ Whose idea was it to do my first duathlon in the heat of summer? =P
