This was supposed to be the run part of my brick workout, but it did not go as planned. I ran out of water on the ride home and it was really hot. When I got home, I felt a bit dizzy. I realized I hadn't eaten anything since the small bite of bagel with peanut butter this morning. I ate a few sports beans with some water and headed out.
I made it about 1/4 mile before I felt like I had to go to the bathroom, so I stopped to walk until I got there. The feeling past, but then I started to fill ill and like I was going to pass out/throw up. I had a feeling that seating down would not be the best option, even though all I wanted to do was lay flat on my back on the grass. I just kept walking slowly and it passed, and with it my motivation to run. So I walked the rest of the loop and headed home. I need to eat more before/during the ride next time.
