stats:
cadence: 85 / 105 rpm
speed: 15.3 / 22.3 mph
hear rate: 158 / 178 bpm
mile splits (mph): 13.4 - 14.5 - 17.9 - 17.4 - 14.5

My Garmin watch is supposed to be here at some point soon. I think I'm going to purchase the cadence part so I can keep track of all that stuff too.

I know...I have discovered that I can become obsessed with things quickly. It was ordered last week so it should be here any day now!!

Yeah, it's easy to do. Every now and then I run without it just for a change, but I quickly map it when I get home so I can have at least the distance and approximate pace lol

Hey, whatever keeps us motivated to keep at it, right ;)
I do have runs where I don't look at the watch but wear it to have the data for later. I've just learned to not worry about it for all runs and push on others.
