Roundtrip to Cady Way Park for Orlando Runners Meetup 5K. I rode my mountain bike since I didn't want to leave my road bike unattended while I ran, and I was pleasantly surprised to see I made such good time on it. On the ride there, I averaged almost 13.5 mph. I had a slight headwind and tired legs for the way back, so it was closer to 12 mph for the return trip.
