Just a quick one before heading out for the day with Jason's parents. Almost recovered from Sunday but still have some lingering soreness so kept it short and easy with 1:30/1. May race a 5k on Sunday in the Presidio, because apparently I haven't had enough of the hill torture yet.

    Seems that way. I haven't registered yet, but at $5 it's worth a shot even if I am not fully recovered and it ends up being more of a fun run. It's about 1.5 miles from our new place, so I can run there, do the race, and run back for enough miles to be short long(isn) run.
