Slowly working back to 1m. I tell you what, I may not have a six pack but it was evident at Sunday's marathon that my core is strong as I pushed through the tough miles at the end.

    Way to go girl. I am working on my six pack starting Feb. 1st. I will be doing insanity everyday before work and then trying to run/bike/ellipitcal in the evenings. I have our 14 yr wedding anniversary cruise in March.
