Took it super easy and kept it short, with 1/2 mile walk before and after. I'm still pretty sore, I guess i have the hills to thank for that, but the slow run felt pretty good. Glad I got out there to loosen up the muscles because it always helps me recover faster.

I actually feel great today; I know a lot of that has to do with getting out for a walk the day after and an easy run 2 days later. The worse you can do for recovery is sit around and let your muscles tighten. You don't have to run that soon, but walking as much and as soon as possible is a must. And all the yoga I do helps too.
