Another long run in the books! It was a little tough towards the end because it warmed up and I was just tired and sore, but nothing is injured. Ran with 1:1 for hr first 20, then a slow 3:1 for the last 2 miles. Hung around GMS after stretching and waiting for the rest of the group who ran their first 26 today.
