I did week 3, day 2 of c25k with the corporate 5k training group at work today: (run 90s, walk 90s, run 3m, walk 3m) x2 + an additional 3 min run at the end + 1 mile total for the warm up/cool down. Not bad for 4 days post-marathon.
All the walking on Monday and Tuesday, plus the easy run yesterday, must really be helping me recover fast because this was effortless today, and I had no soreness or tired legs! My legs felt great!
I'll rest tomorrow, do some yoga, then tackle a longer run at an easy pace with the Galloway group on Saturday.
