First post-marathon run, so I kept it short, slow and with plenty of walking (1:1). It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't easy either.

Yeah, I'm easing back into it, and that's why this was uber slow and with 1:1 run/walk intervals. I haven't picked another marathon yet, but I signed up for the NYC Marathon lottery and I am seriously considering doing the Flying Pig in Cincinnati, but may is a really busy month of racing so we'll see. It sucks because we are pretty much at the end of marathon season in Florida, unless I did one in March and that's too soon. But I really rather focus on running than do a tri. We'll see :)

@ Chelsi, LOL. I don't know about that, but I think all the walking I did the first few days and the little bit of running yesterday its helping because my legs felt great today and was able to run for more than 1 minute at a time.
