    I was feeling a little sluggish, so I decided to hike the mountain. Gained 700+ feet in elevations in a little less than 3 miles. I'm pretty pooped, but feel so much better now.

      awesome!! I wanted to come, but then realized that we were going to Disneyland today and would be walking a ton. I am still a little sore from our workout yesterday. Tomorrow I can't wait to catch up and get back into the groove :D
