good Chucktown Hill Workout 20.02 mi 04:10 12:30 pace
Great run today, but brutal. Weatherman said high of 65, but it hit 80 before we were done. Had to walk most of the last two miles, but finished on the run.

I hope so, Rachel. The last two miles were harder than the last two of the marathon last month! Those hills took a LOT out of me!

Thanks Allen! The first 1-2 miles is always tough for me, but tonight was a little worse than normal.
Thanks Rachel! Been running about 70% "off road" this week. It is different, but I think I like it! Hoping to get our Nathan vests this weekend to do our 1st 20 mile trail run!

Hill work today on the Mt Pleasant side of the Ravenel Bridge, then a nice run through the marina & Patriots Point.

That's a workout to definitely put in the bank, Kit. It's runs like that where you can just about feel yourself getting stronger and fitter along the way.

No doubt, Rachel. We ran this same run about 4 weeks before our marathon, and it was amazing how much better we felt on the run today. We really have confidence that we will be ready ifnwe stick to the training schedule.
