    Early morning jog before getting my a.c. fixed in my car. Then off to Michigan for the holiday weekend. Beer and woods are sounding pretty good to me. Happy 4th of July everyone!!

    It was a bit windy but good. I had bridget in the seat behind me and we hit the post office and park. It was a good day.

    Nice ride with Bridget in tow. She turned 2 on Wednesday. We went through the woods and saw horses. Rode through the mud and got dirty. Stopped at the park on the way home. Great ride!

    it was 52 degress and I havent run in awhile. It was nice to get out and spread my wings. lol My 2 miles seemed like 5 but it still was good to be outside and enjoying some warmer weather.

    It was so nice to run in the warm weather and sunshine. I got to the beach and just stared at it a bit before turning around and heading back.
