    Lately the length of a run is purely dependent on how long the baby will be happy in a swing while my other girls nap. Eventually the miles will build, just need to have patience!

    Great run while the older girls napped. The baby sat happily watching me for a full 40 minutes. Glad to start the week with a decent run!

    started the day off doing a 20 minute tabata workout with my 4 and 2 year old. they had fun and i got in a good quick morning workout. great way to start the weekend!

    the rain stopped me from taking the baby running this morning so i settled for the treadmill. felt good, stopped in the middle to calm a crying baby but thats all part of working out with a newborn!!
