This is the first time I have ever hit every split on a LT workout. We don't do it on a track, instead we do 2K on the road with a downhill start and an uphill finish. I ran with Jeff and we were very careful to run as easy as necessary on the uphill if we had a big cushion from the down hill. Did not want to be too fast early in the repeats. 30 seconds between each 2K. Did it x 4. I felt strong and in control and wasn't killing m,yself to get it done. I will say the last one was the hardest!!
