Todays workout consisted of 2 mile wu (17:43), 1 mile on the track at or around 10K pace (6:59), 8 miles long run pace (ranged from 8:50-8:30) and then back on the track 2 miles HMGP (7:18, 7:24) and 2 miles 10K pace (7:27, 7:21). Off pace a little on the track but the effort was there. I feel that this is my most successful soul Buster type workout to date. I kept trying instead of just having a melt down. 1 mile very slow back to cars (didn't bother counting it as actual mileage). Had breakfast with friends which was great and now it's time for a nap!
