Today the deep end was taken over by a scuba class. Someday I'll get the pool schedule right! Managed to commandeer the end of a lane after a few laps.

One more notch up on the level setting. Heart rate is definitely climbing. Hoping to get my actual bike up and running tomorrow for a Saturday outdoor ride.
