    Ran with a friend after work. Felt nice to get out for a run. I did run under the freeway in an irrigation ditch just like I do every winter (at least once).

      I've been able to run and workout but then i can't get out of bed in the morning. I'm not sore but damn it, I can't get enough frickin sleep!!! THAT is pissing me off!

    It took me almost 4 hours to dig 40 feet. Talk about hard ground. The shovel did nothing until it was picked. I had to pick it 4 times to get it deep enough for the sprinkler system.
