    This class flew by. She did a lot of quick cardio switches (3 sets of 3 exercises for less time, vs one set of 3 exercises for more time) and it was working for me today.

    I took a "shortcut" that was actually the long way, called a Flywheel, jogged to it with my yoga mat flying everywhere, did yoga, and walked home through the park like a normal person.
