      Thanks y'all! Steve, the 2/1 is good but the 2 seems to last forever, I have lost all control of breathing and heart rate. Def feels like starting over. Marcie, how funny...you remember :)))

      It's going good Steve. I am in my second week and feeling better already. She wants me to wait until I am discharged to start running but told me I could start some beginners yoga along with the stretching I am doing. Tell me what your new plan is...I have a feeling I'm going to need something new to get me going again. Thanks and I hope you are doing better. Did you get hurt??
