Didn't feel too bad today. Blisters on my feet still made it tough to run, but otherwise I felt ok. I don't feel like I am in taper mode. I wish I was enjoying this taper a little more.

First time I tried the 7-min. workout. It was good. Need a stopwatch that goes off every :30 to really get the timing down. I also incorporated 50 sit-ups at the end.

Totally killed it! Chet says those Closed Trail signs have been up for years. lol. I guess we should have ignored them. But then we wouldn't have attempted the sisters!!!
